Martha E. Solinger is a member of Omni Bridgeway’s US Investment Committee.

She brings to the Investment Committee decades of experience gained as the Managing Director of Global Litigation, Insurance and Intellectual Property at Lehman Brothers Inc. pre-bankruptcy, then more recently, as the Co-General Counsel of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. post-bankruptcy. 

During Martha’s tenure at Lehman post-bankruptcy, she oversaw a diverse range of issues relating to derivatives, securities class actions, fiduciary claims, and real estate matters and managed multiple high-stakes trials. Pre-bankruptcy, her work with Lehman both in the US and globally was focused on class actions and other complex securities; corporate litigations arising out of Lehman’s investment banking, trading, public finance, capital markets, and other investments; and administration of Lehman’s litigation disclosure and reserves, including a role in the CEO/CFO certification of the financials.
   
She was a founding member of the Chief Litigation Counsel Association, was Chair of the Bond Market Association Litigation Advisory Committee, as well as co-chaired various ABA subcommittees. Martha is frequently asked to share her expertise on panel discussions. 

She graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. from the University of Michigan and received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, summa cum laude.
